Credits cover the high-cost AI surfaces — scenario suggestions, narrative regenerations, simulator preset proposers, audit report exports. Day-to-day usage — viewing dashboards, editing rosters, dragging sliders — costs nothing.

Tier is inferred from the shape of your account, not picked from a menu. One location operates at T1; multiple locations under one owner operate at T2; CPA firms hold T3 and bring their operator clients in as separate workspaces.
T1
Operator (single location)

Credits
You only pay for the heavy compute.
The deterministic engine runs are free. Credits cover the AI calls and the audit-PDF render. One credit per call; failed calls are refunded automatically.

Why hybrid?
Hospitality modeling is seasonal — the heaviest scenario work happens once or twice a year. A flat per-seat subscription over-charges the operator who logs in twice a quarter and under- charges the firm running comparisons across thirty clients in budget season. The annual fee keeps the data warm; the credits flex with how much modeling you actually do.
